Helping Women resolve their pelvic floor dysfunction, prolapse, pre and post natal and menopause symptoms through an exercise and movement based approach

Providing individual programming and education that incorporates a full body approach to ensure progression of treatment and getting back to exercise

Mums and Bub's Reformer Pilates Classes are also available focusing on return to exercise with rehabilitation of deep core connection and pelvic floor health

What to expect in an initial

A health history is discussed helping identify underlying factors around current concerns

Discussion around current concerns, symptoms and a plan is formulated for ongoing appointments if required

Functional assessments completed to identify areas of treatment required

Initial program for either home or gym is given to complete

Our Exercise Physiology Women's Health Team
Shani Burleigh
Shani is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist who earned her Master’s in Clinical Exercise Physiology from Deakin University in 2019. Since then, she has been working in private practice, helping clients achieve their health and fitness goals. With a background in elite-level swimming, a diploma in Clinical Pilates, and further specialization in Women's Health through an intensive 12-month mentorship program focused on pelvic floor and women's health concerns, Shani brings a well-rounded expertise to her practice. She is passionate about ensuring no woman feels she has to suffer in silence or feel embarrassed about pelvic floor issues. Shani offers a non-judgmental, safe environment to discuss concerns and support you in getting back to doing what you love.
