MEMBERSHIP
We offer a simple monthly membership to all of our athletes. With no lock-in contracts, you have the flexibility to cancel at any time or continue through multiple training cycles.
4 WEEK TRAINING CYCLES
We deliver programs on a 4-weekly basis, allowing you to plan ahead. This doesn’t mean your program isn’t flexible though! We understand that life happens and provide unlimited program adjustments as required.

MEET THE COACH
Ben Brockman is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist with over 12 years of experience helping runners. Ben is a level 2 recreational running coach with Athletics Australia.
Ben is an experienced runner having completed numerous marathon and ultra-marathon races.
