About NDIS at Physiotas
Physiotas has been an NDIS Registered Provider since 2018. During that time we have helped hundred's of NDIS participants achieve their goals.
Physiotas offers comprehensive and personalised services to participants under the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS). Our team of experienced clinicians will ensure that each participant receives tailored care to achieve their NDIS Plan goals.
We work closely with NDIS participants, their families, and support networks to develop individualised support plans that address your specific needs and goals.
Our services include but are not limited to functional and developmental assessments, mobility and balance training, pain management, equipment prescription, and exercise programs. With a commitment to excellence and holistic care, we strive to empower NDIS participants to achieve their optimal health and wellbeing.

Completed forms can be emailed to feedback@physiotas.com.au, dropped into your local practice and placed in the Feedback & Complaints box at reception, or handed to one of our staff to pass on to Management.
