What to Expect at an Initial Consult
During a hand therapy consult our hand physiotherapist will have an extensive discussion with you about your symptoms, function and interests. We will then do a thorough assessment of your hands to provide you with a diagnosis and liaise with you to make a plan to get you back to functioning better and doing the things you enjoy.

Hand therapy can include manual therapy such as massage, taping, or mobilisation, exercises, and/or splinting depending on your injury and goals.
About Hand Physiotherapy
