Are you ready to take the next step in your career?

What To Expect Working With Us

When you join us, you step into a workplace that is supportive, dynamic, and focused on growth. Our team includes Physiotherapists, Exercise Physiologists and Myotherapists who collaborate and share knowledge openly. Many of our staff have pursued further study in specialised areas, creating an environment where you are constantly learning from those around you.

For new graduates, our New Graduate Program is thoughtfully designed to support your transition into private practice while building confidence, clinical reasoning, and independence. You’ll be supported by experienced senior clinicians, benefit from regular professional development, and work with longer appointment times that allow you to refine your skills and provide high-quality, patient-centred care. Over two years, the program equips you with the knowledge, experience, and support needed to thrive in private practice and build a strong, lasting foundation for your career.

We work with a wide variety of patients, from the general community through to elite athletes, with direct links to sporting groups. If you join us on the North-West Coast, you will also have access to The People Project Scholarship Program, which offers additional funding for professional development to further support your learning.

Professional growth is something we take seriously. We offer regular in-house training with both internal and external presenters, as well as reimbursement for professional registration, insurance, and memberships, plus extra study leave and support for further learning.

We believe that being part of Physiotas means being part of a team where everyone has a voice. We regularly come together to celebrate achievements, share ideas, and enjoy social catch-ups, helping to create a positive and supportive culture. Our staff are actively involved in decision-making, ensuring everyone feels part of the journey as we continue to grow and evolve. Each year we host a whole-team day to reflect on our successes, recognise contributions, and plan for the year ahead, celebrating what we’ve achieved together and getting excited about what’s next.

Beyond the workplace, Tasmania offers an enviable lifestyle. From iconic destinations like Cradle Mountain and Wineglass Bay to endless bushwalks, waterfalls, festivals, and food experiences, there is always something to explore. Affordable living, work–life balance, and adventure combine to make Tasmania a fantastic place to live and work.
